UAD 3.6
New UCDP submissions move to UAD 3.6 on November 2, 2026.
The appraisal job didn’t change. The report did: new data, new layout, and questions the old form never asked. You don’t have to work it out alone — we handle the research and the report, and Matt reads every file before it comes back to you.
Only a report first submitted to UCDP on or after November 2, 2026 has to be 3.6. A 2.6 already submitted stays 2.6, and revisions to it are accepted through May 3, 2027.
Use a past assignment you have permission to share.
Have a 2.6 that won’t make it?
Your software won’t carry it over. We convert it into a native UAD 3.6 you review and sign: your data, your comps, your adjustments, moved into the new form.
Appraisers keep asking for this. Where it stands: we are converting our own files, and we are not open to outside reports yet. Send a request and you are first in line the day that changes.
Need the whole report done?
You inspect and make the final calls. We complete the UAD 3.6 report behind you and return an editable working file for your review and signature.
And when the revision comes back.
