Legacy to UAD 3.6

Bring your existing report into UAD 3.6.

a la mode says it plainly: a 2.6 report cannot be converted to UAD 3.6, only about 6% of the fields line up, and they are not building a converter. Their answer is start over and carry the data by hand. We automated that for our own files. This is that tool, opened up.

UCDP requires UAD 3.6 for any report first submitted on or after November 2, 2026. A 2.6 report already submitted stays 2.6, and revisions to it are accepted through May 3, 2027.

How it works.

1. Get a quote
Send your name, email and license. Matt confirms the fee and return time before you commit, then emails your private upload link.
2. We convert it
We transfer the information your report contains and flag what the new form still needs. An appraiser reads it.
3. You get it back
An editable 3.6.

Want it the day it opens?

Appraisers keep asking us to convert a native 2.6 into UAD 3.6. Where that stands: we are converting our own files, and we are not open to outside reports yet. Send a request and you are first in line the day that changes.

You will get back an editable UAD 3.6, currently for TOTAL. Conversions are quoted per report — Matt confirms the fee and return time before you commit to anything.

A converted report is a working draft. You check it against your original, change anything, make every final appraisal decision & sign in your own software. Assistance is disclosed the same way as every desk report. Errors in our production work are corrected at no charge. A file a lender or AMC prohibits sharing is not eligible. Terms.
