Send your inspection packet, subject data, selected comps, supporting market data, and direction. We prepare the report.

Per accepted report. These are desk fees, separate from your appraisal fee. Market fit and the exact return time are confirmed before acceptance.

You retain the inspection, final analysis, signature, and delivery to your client. XML and PDF are included when part of the accepted order.

Can I steer the comps?

Yes. Send your set, ask to see candidates, or request changes in the order thread. You make the final selection. We do not work toward a predetermined value.

What if a revision comes back?

Forward it to us. Revisions within the report as delivered are included, with one additional comparable per revision event. Materially new scope is quoted before work begins. Full revision terms →

Which assignments fit?

UAD 3.6 production only. Dallas–Fort Worth research is established; other markets and packet-based work are checked individually for access, competence, and client and state requirements. No FHA/VA panel or Georgia assignments under current desk policy. Have a legacy report? See conversion →
