Report updates

Every accepted report gets a private tracker. Select how you want later report milestones sent.

This submits the request only, not the assignment documents. Uploading to the Restricted folder authorizes storage for intake; it does not start production. One free tryout per appraiser or firm, subject to scope & capacity. Prefer email? orders@appraisalpartners.net.

After you submit

  1. 1.Matt reviews your request. If it may fit, he emails your AP order number, Restricted upload folder, private tracker & the right checklist. The website does not send an automatic confirmation email.
  2. 2.You upload the checklist items and reply UPLOAD COMPLETE when finished. Matt reviews fit, scope, software & capacity; there is no separate packet-receipt email.
  3. 3.If we can take it, we send the fee & return time. Nothing enters production until you accept in writing. The tryout is $0.
